That commitment extends to independent repair facilities, fleet maintenance facilities, mobile service and everywhere the road may take them.
HDA Truck Pride has a comprehensive portfolio of fleet programs. With the largest all-makes parts and service footprint in the US and Canada, it only makes sense that we reach out to fleets of every size, vocation and location to provide them with a network of parts and service. Our fleet program concentrates on what’s important to each individual customer; training, service, technology. Each fleet is unique, so we take the time to understand their specific needs and values, in order to deliver a program that brings value to them.
Our focus on the end user is enhanced by the advice of a National Fleet Council. We enlist the participation of key maintenance and procurement directors from a variety of fleet vocations across the US and Canada. We utilize an annual conference format to initiate discussion topics and round tables and then follow-up with reported accomplishments and program enhancements via conference calls and webinars. Our National Fleet Council helps to keep us grounded and keep our program fresh and pertinent to the needs of “the guy that throws the box away.”
